Position: Tour Officer

Responsible in providing exceptional customer service experience which involves providing customers with accurate quotations and best travel options to meet their needs, providing travel arrangement and booking services, providing travel advice such as visa requirements and other travel-related information, and to meet and exceed travel sales and revenue targets and call servicing levels.

  • GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or Diploma or similar qualifications from WSQ
  • Min. 1 year of working experience, preferably in the travel industry
  • Knowledge and experience in Abacus (Ticketing & Tours) is a plus
  • Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • Customer-oriented & enthusiastic with a strong passion for sales
  • Pleasant personality & good working attitude
  • Fresh graduates, S'pore PRs & M’sians are also welcome
  • Able to work on weekends including Sundays & Public Holidays
Position: Assistant / Officers / Executive

Responsible in providing exceptional customer service experience which involves attending to customers' phone, email and walk-in ticketing enquiries.

  • GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels / NITEC / Diploma
  • Min. 1 year of working experience, preferably in the travel industry
  • Working knowledge of Abacus preferable
  • Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • Sales-driven, has initiative & good working attitude
  • Possess good working attitude, excellent interpersonal & customer relations skills
  • Training will be provided
  • Fresh graduates, S’pore PRs & M’sians are also welcome
  • Able to work on weekends including Sundays & Public Holidays
Position: Accounts Executive
  • GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or Diploma
  • Min. 1 year of working experience in the travel industry
  • knowledge and experience in Abacus a plus
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • Pleasant personality
  • Good working attitude
  • Singaporean, PR and Malaysian are welcome to apply

Position: Officer
  • Diploma / Degree in Business / Mass Communications / Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in marketing communications, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry
  • Possess good presentation, verbal & written communication skills
  • Able to write and copy-vet English and Chinese collaterals
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • Able to multi-task, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Able to work on weekends if required
  • Candidates with working knowledge of graphic design software will have an advantage
  • Fresh graduate also welcomed
Position: Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Develop communication strategies and programs for the firm and related events
  • Liaise with partners and sponsors of the firm
  • Produce and manage marketing collaterals
  • Increase the effectiveness of local marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree holder in Marketing, Mass Communications or related discipline
  • Preferably 2-3 years experience in Marketing within a related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with associates
  • Dynamic, independent individual with good time management, good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and organized
  • Ability to think out of the box and take up challenges
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint is required
  • IT and Internet Savvy – E-marketing experience, working knowledge of Freehand MX and Adobe Photoshop will be highly regarded
  • 5.5 days alternate Saturday
  • Willing to work extended hours & weekends on a need-to basis
Position: Manager (Advertising and Promotions, Events)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop communication strategies and programs for the firm and related events
  • Handle advertising & promotions, public relations and social media
  • Handle partners and sponsors of the firm
  • Produce and manage marketing collaterals and websites
  • Manage and control marketing budget and expenses
  • Increase the effectiveness of local marketing activities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or related discipline
  • Preferably 4-5 years experience in Marketing within a related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with associates
  • Dynamic, independent individual with good time management, good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership and good people management skills
  • Ability to think out of the box and take up challenges
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Powerpoint is required
  • IT and Internet Savvy – E-marketing experience, working knowledge of Freehand MX and Adobe Photoshop will be highly regarded
