1) SECRETARY

Position: SECRETARY

• Singaporean / PR
• Diploma Holder or equivalent
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Strong communication & good personal skills
• Computer literate
• At least 3-5 years of secretarial experience
• Good personality

2) CUSTOMER SERVICE

Position: Customer Service cum & Administrative Manager)

• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or Diploma holders
• Min. 1 year of working experience in travel industry prefered
• knowledge and experience in Abacu a plus
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Pleasant personality
• Good working attitude
• Singaoporen, PR and Malaysian M’sians need to apply
• Able to work on weekends including Sundays & Public Holidays

 
 
3) World Wide/China/FIT Division

Position: Tour Assistant/Officer/Executives/Tour Counter Manager/Receptionists/Telephone Operators
• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or Diploma
• Min. 1 year of working experience in the travel industry
• knowledge and experience in Abacu a plus
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin
• Pleasant personality
• Good working attitude
• Singaoporen, PR and Malaysian M’sians need to apply
• Able to work on weekends including Sundays & Public Holidays

 
 
4) Ticketing Departmment

Position: Assistant /Officers/Executive
To attend to phone, email and walk-in ticketing enquiries.
• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels / NITEC / Diploma
• Min. 1 year of working experience, preferably in the travel industry
• Working knowledge of Abacus and able to issue tickets
• Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin
• Sales-driven, has initiative & good working attitude
• Possess good working attitude, excellent interpersonal & customer relations skills
• Fresh graduates, S’pore PRs & M’sians are also welcome
• Able to work on weekends including Sundays & Public Holidays

 
 
5) Accounts Department

Position: Cost Accountant & Accounts Executive
• GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Levels or Diploma
• Min. 1 year of working experience in the travel industry
• knowledge and experience in Abacu a plus
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin
• Pleasant personality
• Good working attitude
• Singaoporen, PR and Malaysian M’sians need to apply
• Able to work on weekends including Sundays & Public Holidays

 
 
6) Marketing Department

Position: Officer/Executive
To assist in planning, managing & executing marketing communications functions including but not limited to advertising, sales promotions, strategic alliances, events management, corporate communications & production of collaterals
• GCE 'N' / 'O' Level/'A Levels - Fresh school leavers
• PC Literate, M/S office
• Strong in English
• A well-organized team player with drive & initiative
• Singapore PRs & Malaysians are welcome
