ITINERARY
 

DAY 1 :  SINGAPORE > DUBAI  >  ISTANBUL

(MEALS ON B0ARI)

Assemble at Singapore Changi Airport for your Emirates Airline to Istanbul, via Dubal. Upon arrival, meet and greet by local representative and transfer to hotel.

 

DAY 2 : ISTANBUL - CANAKKALE

(BREAKFAST. LUNCH. DINNER)

Today’s Istanbul city sightseeing. See the magnificent Roman Valens Aqueduct. Visit the Blue Mosque with its beautiful tiles and the Hippodrome where Roman chariot races were held, and visit St Sophia (Hagia Sophia), at one time a cathedral and a mosque, a now a magnificent museum. View the longest suspension Bosphorous Bridge which divide the European Turkey and Asian Turkey. Enjoy ferry cruising on the Sea of Marmara to cross the continent between Europe and Asia. From here, transfer to Canakkale.

DAY 3 : CANAKKALE - TROY - KUSADASI

(BREAKFAST. LUNCH. DINNER)

Drive to legendary city of Tray, see an enormous reconstruction of the famous Trojan Horse before continuing to Pergamon. Visit the Acropolis, the Temple of Athena and famous library, which is said to have contained 200,000 volumes. View the Red Courtyard and the ruins of Askiepion, one of the mostin ancient world. Along the way, will visit the local leather showroom. Continue to the pretty port of Kusadasi on Aegean Sea.

DAY 4 : KUSADASI - SELCUK - PAMUKKALE

(REAKFAST. LUNCH. DINNER)

Enroute to Ephesus, visit the outdoor archeologicaL museum at Selcuk where many of the excavated artifacts of Ephesus are displayed. Visit the House of the Virgin Mary, spectacularly situated above Ephesus ruins.Visit the colonnaded Arcadian Way, Library of Celsus and the Amphitheatre. Visit Artemis Temple, one of the ancient seven wonders. Continue to Pamukkale. Visit the ruins of ancient Hierapolis and fairyland terraces (Cotton Castle) and see the glistening pools and cascades in scallop shell basins.

 

DAY5 : PAMUKKALE - KONYA - LCAPPADOCIA

(BREAKFAST. LUNCH DINNER)

Proceed to Konya, the old capital of Anatolian Seljuk Empire, now Turkey’s most religious city and home of the mystic Whirling Dervish sect. Visit the 13th century ancient Caravanserai, a hotel for the ancient travelers on the Silk Road. Visit the Meviana Tekke, a museum and national monument, with its beautiful fluted turquoise dome, which contains the tomb of the Whirling Dervishes’ founder. View Karatay Medrese and Ince Minaret before driving to Cappadocia.

 

DAY 6 : CAPPADOCIA - GOREME - ZELVE VALLEY -

URCHISAR -CAPPADOCIA

Today, be enchanted by the Underground City, once a place of refuge for 15000 Christians. Witness the ancient bedrooms, church, meeting hall and food storage rooms in this eight-storey city connected by 30km of corridors and passageways. Next, get a rare chance to experience the beauty and work of Turkey’s handmade crafts through a Turkish carpet weaving course. Following, this, a visit to the Pigeon Valley and the fascinating frescoed rock churches and chapels at Goreme Open-Air Musuem. Photography stop will be made at Uchisar”castle” village, a fantasyland of strange and wonderful works of man and nature. If time permits, visit one of local cave house. Then, proceed to Avanos Pottery Village, set on the banks of the Kizilirmak (Red River). In the afternoon, enjoy some time shopping at the traditional indoor art centre and open air bazaars.

 

DAY 7 : CAPPADOCIA –ANKARA - BOLU

(BREAKFAST, LUNCH. DINNFR)

This morning, visit picturesque Salt Lake before arriving at Ankara to visit the Mausoleum of Ataturk, located on an imposing hill in Anittepe quarter of the city. Continue to Ankara Old Town. View Column of Julian, erected to commemorate a visit by Roman Emperor Julian the Apostate, in 362 AD. See the Ankara Citadel, whose walls were built by the Byzantines.

DAY 8 : BOLU - ESTANBUL

(BREAKFAST, LUNCH, BELLY DANCE Show & DINNER)

Leaving Bolu, take the highway for a scenic drive through the Turkish countryside to Istanbul. On arrival, visit the fabulous Topkapi Palace (closed on Tuesday),a walled city perched above the Bosphorus and Golden Horn. Enjoy sometime shopping at the famous Grand Bazaar where more than 4000 shops, cafes and teahouses.This evening,enjoy a delightful belly dancing, with dinner and drink.

 

DAY 9 : ISTANBUL > DUBAI

Enjoy some time at leisure before transferring to the airport for your Emirates Airline to Dubai. Upon arrival, meet and greet by local representative and transfers to hotel.

 

DAY 10 : DUBAI

(BREAKFAST. LUNCH. DINNER)

Begin our middle eastern adventure seeing Burj Al Arab, and the Jumeirah Mosque. Pass by the palastquater Zabeel, skyline at the Dubai Creek and contine towards Bastakiya, the wind towered houses of old merchants and visit the Dubai Museum in the 180 years old Al Fahidi Fort (note Museum is closed on Friday morning). Cross the Dubai Creek with an Abra (water taxi) to reach the other side and to visit the Spice Souk. After lunch, return to hotel for some rest. In the late afternoon, you will be picked up from the hotel in modern 4WD Desert Safari Jeep and proceed to the entrance of the Arabian desert. Approximately 2 hours of Dune Bashing. After sunset, arrive at the desert camp in the desert. Arabic welcomes with dates and Arabic coffee. Enjoy camel riding in the Arabian Desert, have henna done by the Henna Lady. You also get to experience the middle eastern shisha (water pipe).Enjoy buffet dinner with BBQ will be for dinner as you enjoy local music and belly dancing show. Enjoy star gazing (subject weather condition) under the unpolluted cloudless desert skies.

 

Note: During Ramadan,there will be no alcohol and live entertainment such as belly dancing is not allowed in the camp.

 

DAY 11 : DUBAI : FREE DAY
